SignalWorks Terms of Service

1. Who may use it. SignalWorks is an internal tool of Irving Insights. Only Daniel Irving and people he authorizes may use it. It is not offered to the public.
2. What it does. It publishes content its user has written or approved to social accounts the user owns or manages, and shows how that content performed.
3. Your responsibilities. Anyone using it must hold the rights to what they publish and follow each platform's rules: Meta's terms, LinkedIn's User Agreement, the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms of Service, and Bluesky's terms.
4. Platform data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty. SignalWorks is provided as is. Irving Insights is not liable for posts that fail, are delayed, or are removed by a platform.
6. Ending access. Access can be revoked at any time on each platform. Stored data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
7. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
8. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
