This policy covers SignalWorks, Irving Insights' publishing tool. It does not cover the irvinginsights.com website.

1. What SignalWorks is

SignalWorks is the private publishing tool of Irving Insights. One person uses it: Daniel Irving. He uses it to publish his own posts and videos to accounts he owns or manages for his own brands: Irving Insights, Ai-Ai Planner, Daniel Irving, and Plastic Free Rochester. It is not offered to anyone else.

2. What data it handles, and from where

When Daniel connects an account, SignalWorks receives an access token from that platform, plus the basic account details needed to post: the account or Page name and ID.

3. No data about other people

Where a platform returns comments or other people's details, only Daniel sees them, and they are kept no longer than that platform allows.

4. Where it is stored

In Irving Insights' own system on Cloudflare, in the United States. Access tokens are kept in private storage and are never published or shown.

5. No sharing

SignalWorks does not sell, share, rent or transfer any of this data, and does not use it for advertising, lead generation, recruiting or profiling.

6. YouTube

8. Deletion
